"absolutely awful experience"
manager nick sells me on website for $900 he promises will have EVERYTHING we need for our small business! then, 2 weeks late and the site still only half done, he tries selling us on a pro writer because him and his team can't follow simple instructions, then, a full 6+ weeks after purchase was made (with a guarantee of site being ready for use within 30 days) they decide to let us know they forgot to mention server hosting isn't included, and a service most sites charge around $2.95 a month for they want $1,000 a year for ... seriously, not kidding or making this up ... have the receipts and emails to prove it ... then, to top[ it all off, we finally get fed up and tell them to give us a refund, and he tries telling us we dont have a valid reason to request one! now i have to file a complaint with my bank and/or sue them in small claims court! Unreal ... just terrible experience ...
