"Never again..."

The server I recieved from them was good. But it continually would go offline for no reason, causing me to have to login to the dashboard and reboot it for it to work again. It would go offline 4-5 times a day.

Their service is advertised as instant setup. Thats a complete lie. I waited 3 hours before I recieved my server.

Its funny reading that other person's review, and their complaints about renewing because I'm actively going thru a similar situation. When I originally paid, they overcharged me leaving me with a balance/credit. When it came time to renew, I applied the credit and paid the remaining balance with PayPal. Would you believe they had the nerve to suspend my service for 8+ hours? They use some cheap payment gateway, that is flawed causing the payment not to show on their end. They said for me to send in a payment proof and they would unsuspend it. I not only send them 1 payment proof... but 3 of them! And they still refused to turn back on my service. It took showing a screenshot of an email from them saying payment successful for them to even take me serious. Now keep in mind, the credit I had on my account already paid for 70% of the server... I only had to pay a little 30% left with my PayPal. And they really refused to turn it back on for almost half a day. I had hell dealing with their support when I originally signed up, and having hell dealing with them now.

Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. They will show you over and over again that they could careless about their customers. And if you search other reviews, you will find a bunch of people who have similar poor experiences with them.

"Do not buy here."

When I didn't know alot about RDP hostings, I bought a RDP at IntenseHost.com, because some people told me it was a good hosting. So the first month there were barely any problems. The RDP was crashing sometimes but that was because one of my own progams I think so. So then I had to pay invoice with using Bitcoin. So there are some giftcard sites around here like igiftcards.de and cryptovoucher.io where you can buy Crypto/Bitcoin vouchers so I did. I sent the money to the addy provided but later they said they don't accept giftcard vouchers money so they got the money and I lost the money but I actually didn't care about that. Then I paid with Coinbase, well one of my friends did, we had to pay alot of fee ($20 fee) and it took Coinbase a while to accept it. So at Intensehost the RDP will get terminated if you didn't pay after 3 days you get the invoice and ur RDP getting suspended. We did, I made a ticket and sadly it took them like 6 days to reply so that RDP got suspended with almost all of my stuff. Anyway, I got the RDP back after they took so many days to reply to me and after a month I had to pay invoice again. This time I paid with Bitcoin, paid it at the day my RDP got suspended but again it took Coinbase alot of days to confirm. But at the time I paid it, which was litteraly like 2 hours after my RDP got suspended, I opened a ticket saying that I paid it with the transaction link. And now they keep saying, even after I sent a screenshot of the payment, that they did not receive it and that they "wish me luck" with opening a scam report. No support or whatsoever. Do not buy here folks, the livechat-team is very great and helpful but their billing and support team is terrible.
