PropertySaviour have been amazing. Sam didn't judge my situation but did everything he could to help me and my family. He was kind and considerate. I didn't feel like he was pushy but he was honest throughout the process. A great service and I would definitely recommend them.

"Completion took place at our preferred date"
As i live in bradford I couldn't sell my house quickly when we found our dream property. Our estate agent had found us a buyer but they couldn't get a mortgage, and we had put down a deposit on new build property.
We couldn't lose this property because it was in catchment area for a school!
So we looked for cash house buyers and came across Property Saviour.
From the minute, I spoke with them, they were professional and very efficient. Our property was valued within 2 days and an offer was made. Completion took place at our preferred date. We were allowed further 28 days to move out which was great!

"Sadat genuinely gave me personalised advise"
I didn't need to sell my property quickly so I was given honest advice about that as well as detailed advice on putting my house up for house share as I am not looking to fully let it out.
Sadat genuinely gave me personalised advise, even went so far as looking at my ad on spareroom.co.uk even though there was no benefit to him at all in discussing all this.
Would definitely contact and do business again.

"I would highly recommend dealing with Property Saviour if you are thinking about selling your property quickly."
I had dealings with Property Saviour when selling a commercial property. They completed within the agreed time frame and contracts were quickly exchanged as soon as searches were completed. I was given regular updates on how the sale was progressing.

We tried to sell our property for long time. Contacted with many buyers but wasn't easy to sell. Then we found Property Saviour web side.

"Found Property Saviour to be really transparent and efficient!"
I tried to sell my house in West Yorkshire but couldn't as the house was old and needed some updating, this was putting off the usual buyers.
Offers from so called cash house buyers were silly really, so not viable!
So I searched for 'sell my house fast' companies and found Property Saviour to be really transparent and efficient! The sale was quickly completed and I didn't even have to pay any legal fees!

"I enquired with property saviour about selling my property due to concerns"
I enquired with property saviour about selling my property due to concerns I had over whether I would run into issues selling to your average homebuyer.
I had an interesting conversation with somebody named Clive who, after listening to my situation, advised me that my concerns were not quite as catastrophic as I thought they might be. I found this particularly reassuring as this did mean that I would be very unlikely to run into any real trouble with selling my property through a more traditional process.
As such, I was advised that I wouldn’t require the services of property saviour but that they were more than happy to offer me any advice should I require it.
In conclusion, whilst I can’t comment on the actual property purchasing services of property saviour, I will say that they were quite helpful when discussing my situation and I certainly felt a personal touch in their approach to this.
If I ever did require their services, I would feel confident that they would do the best that they can for me and provide an excellent level of service.

"Couldn't be happier that they managed to complete the deal before Christmas!"
I had a property that I had been trying to sell for sometime in South London. It was a commercial shop with an upper floor flat. Property Saviour offered me a very competitive price and the sale was complete much quicker than expected. Couldn't be happier that they managed to complete the deal before Christmas!

I inherited a commercial property, and I did not know a thing about grant of probate. Our probate solicitor quoted a five figure sum to enable me to sell the property. There were a number of legal issues to do with title restrictions which would have made a traditional sale very difficult.
I got in touch with Saddat from Property Saviour who was able to guide me with obtaining a grant of probate, view the property and make a reasonable offer which I accepted for a quick sale. They paid all of my legal fees and bought the property in 3 weeks as promised.

He provided me with tips on how to make property more appealing to prospective buyers and looked at asking price. He also has given me a number of options to sell my property including a cash sale and selling via auction if my property doesn't sell. I would definitely recommend this company.
