"Good....."

I experienced a delay in receiving support and at one point I considered closing the help window. However I received a timely response just in the nick of time,.. While I acknowledge that this delay could be attributed to the weekend I believe there is room for improvement in the support process.... Nonetheless I am ultimately pleased and grateful that assistance was provided....
